摘要: 本文通过非接触式三维人体扫描系统(德国VITUS SMART XXL)对200名随机在校女大学生进行人体测量,获得与人体背部结构的有关数据,运用spss数据统计软件对不同的背部形状(主要是肩胛骨形状)进行聚类,然后在人台上建立不同形状的肩胛骨形状模型,以此进行立体裁剪,得出人体背部纸样,通过测量每个样板的增量,分析考察不同肩胛骨高状态下衣片省量的增加以及重要工艺点的位移变化,总结其平面结构的变化规律,对特殊体型的成衣样板结构修正具有重要指导意义。

Abstract: Through non-contact three-dimensional body scanning system (Germany VITUS the SMART XXL),This paper make 200 random female college students measured. With the required characteristic data of the back of the human body,the paper make use of SPSS statistics system to cluster the different shape of back (scapular primarily), and then establish different shape model of scapular to make the white embryo cloth to model.Through measure the increment of each pattern, analysis and examine the increment of province and the position movement changes of every craft point of the tights’ template under different hight of scapular and finally sums up the changing pattern of clothes flat structure and has guiding significance on correcting apparel model structure of special Body type.
