络筒机自动循迹坐车的研制

摘要: 本文设计了一种络筒机自动循迹人坐小车,小车采用独立结构与主机完全脱开,用蓄电池作为电源、直流电机作为动力源直接驱动;通过安装的光电检测器,自动寻找地面上所划的油漆标线,用电子差速方式控制各个车轮的转速,完成小车的转向控制,使小车自动沿着油漆标线向前运行;由单片机作为核心控制部分,控制器具有变频效果,可以调节运行速度;小车脚踏脚操纵,控制小车的启动、调速、制动、前进、后退。不但适用于络筒机,同时适用于捻线机、并纱机等其他工种挡车工人摆纱、巡检和操作使用。

Abstract: This paper introduces a design of automatic tracking car for cone winder. The automatic tracking car with independent structure and host completely torn off, with the battery as the power supply and DC motor direct drive as a power source. The photoelectric detector is installed, which could automatically find the plan ground paint marking and control of each wheel with electronic differential speed steering mode, complete control of the car. The car automatically along the paint marking running forward. By the microcontroller as the core control part, the controller is frequency effect, it can adjust the speed and the car pedal foot control, it could control of the car to start, speed, braking, forward and backward. Not only is suitable for the winding machine, and is suitable for twisting machine, machine and other types of car workers put yarn, inspection and operation.
