摘要: 分析了多轴向经编机复合针对纱线层绑缚(缝缀)的工艺过程及需要满足的运动要求,复合针的运动包括上下直线运动和前后直线运动,并分析了这些运动要求可由平面多连杆机构实现。研究了纱线层牵拉速度、牵拉辊转速与绑缚节距之间的关系。研究结果为研制多轴向经编机复合针运动装置打下基础。

Abstract: This paper analyses the loop-forming process of the compound needles in a Multiaxial Knitting Machine. The motion of the compound needles is composed of two parts, namely the horizontal and vertical reciprocating motion in straight line,and these moving requirements could be satisfied by the multi-loop linkages. Further, the relationships between moving velocity of the yarn layers, withdrawal roll and the loop space are also studied. The researching results are provided as the basis of designing the moving requirements of the compound needles.
