摘要: 在实际的织造过程中,纱线的张力时刻都在发生着变化,而对其的跟踪控制也成为织造过程中的难点之一。为了减小纱线张力的跟踪误差,简化纱线张力系统的跟踪控制问题,提出了一种基于右互质分解的纱线张力的控制方法。在三元素模型基础上,结合右互质分解理论,通过数学计算得到合理的纱线张力模型。对于纱线张力模型,设计并给出了纱线张力的跟踪控制方法,并在Matlab/simulink仿真中验证了该方案的合理性。通过理论与仿真系统的设计验证,基于右互质分解的纱线张力跟踪控制方法能够很好地完成纱线张力的跟踪与控制。

Abstract: In the weaving process, yarn’s tension is changing, how to track and control it has become one of the most difficult problems. In order to reduce the tracking error, and simplify the tracking control problem of yarn tension, this paper puts forward a kind of control method of yarn tension based on right coprime factorization. The design of yarn tension model, based on the theory of right coprime factorization and three element model, will be obtained by mathematical calculation. The tracking control design will be designed and proposed with the yarn tension model and will be proved by the simulation in Matlab/simulink. Through the verification of theory and simulation system design of yarn tension, the tracking control method based on the right coprime factorization is able to track and control yarn tension.
