应用三维扫描技术的织物成型性测试与表征

Fabric formability test and characterization methods based on three-dimensional scanning technology

摘要: 综述了织物成型性测试的背景和研究现状,介绍了结构光非接触式三维扫描测量仪的测试原理。为了能够快速、简便、准确的测定和评价织物的成型能力,以三维扫描技术为基础,提出了一种直观的、方便的织物的成型评价方法。首先使织物试样在顶球的作用下起皱,借助三维扫描获取数字模型,并利用三维处理软件对模型进行处理得到相关指标。以10 块试样测试分析发现,织物下的体积可较好地表征织物成型性,为表征和评价织物的成型能力提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract: The paper summarizes the background and research status of the fabric formability and introduces the principle of structured light non-contact 3D scanning measuring instrument test. In order to quick, easy, accurate measuring and evaluating the mouldability of the glass fabric, put forward a kind of intuitive, objective and accurate evaluation method on the basis of using 3D scanning technology. Firstly, making sample fabric wrinkle under the action of the ball with the help of 3d scanning for digital model, and puting forward using the three-dimensional processing software model for processing related indicators.The volume under the fabric can characterize fabric formability better by analysing ten samples characterization and evaluation of fabric shape ability provides a new train of thought.This method provides a new thought for determination and evaluation of the fabric’s formability.
