直喷式超细涤纶纤维织物的数码印花工艺

Study on ink-jet printing process of micropolyester fabric

摘要:

针对直喷式超细涤纶纤维防麂皮织物的数码印花工艺进行了研究,探讨了上浆处理的配方对直喷式织物数码印花得色量的影响以及后续的蒸化水洗工艺参数对靑、品红、黄、黑四种颜色印花的得色量,测试了该预处理条件下产品的色牢度,以评价其印花效果。结果表明:印花工艺中汽蒸时间为130℃条件下,时间为30min时得色量较好;预处理上浆处方中,瓜尔胶质量分数为3%, 尿素质量分数为8%,磷酸二氢钠质量分数为2%和渗透剂为1%时织物的喷墨印花色彩得色量达到最好,印花织物k/s值可达49.2, 各项色牢度均可达到4级以上。

Abstract:

The factors influencing the final colour yield and fastness of an ink-jet printed microfiber fabric were investigated. In order to improve the colour yield and processing fabric, the factors included the content of the pretreatment paste (the amounts of guar gum, sodium dihydrogen phosphate,penetrating agent and urea) and the steaming time. Four different inks – cyan, magenta, yellow and black – were used in this study .The results showed that apart from the influence of individual factors, the final colour yield also depended on the interaction effect of the factors. The optimized content of pretreatment were as follows: the amounts of guar 3%, urea 8 %,sodium dihydrogen phosphate 2 % and penetrating agent 1%;and the summational k/s value of four color achieved 49.2, nearly equal to transfer printed microfiber fabric.The level of all fastness is all above four.
