汽车顶棚内饰层面料的项伸变形

摘要:

针对单一的测试二维平面延伸性来表征汽车顶棚内饰层面料适型能力的问题,采用INSTRON5967型万能材料试验机对经编起绒织物、起绒类复合织物、海绵类复合织物的顶伸长度和顶伸变形率间的几何模型,计算出不同顶伸力下的顶伸变形率,最终顶棚材料的三维适型能力采用定力下的顶伸变形率来进行评价。结果表明:绒织物的顶伸变形率比起绒类复合织物大,起绒类复合织物的顶伸变形率明显低于海绵类复合织物,即海绵类顶棚复合面料要优于起绒类,海绵类的三维适型能力更强,而起绒类复合面料的适型能力有待进一步改善。

Abstract:

In order to solve the probleb of testion two-dimensional plane extended property to characterize the formability of automobiles roof interior fabric, the INSTRON5967 type universal material testing machine was employed to test the top stretching deformation of warp knitted napped fabric, pile composite fabric and sponge composite fabric. The geometric model of top length and the top deformation rate was established. It  calculated the top stretching deformation rate under different top tensities. The top stretching deformation rate was used to evaluate he three-dimensional formability of car roof interior fabric under a constant force. The results indicate the top stretching deformation rate of pile fabric id bigger than pile composite fabric, the sponges ceiling composite fabrics are superior to the fleece kind which showed the three-dimensional formability of sponges is stronger, and the pile composite fabrics formability remains to be improved.
