角联锁结构中经纬纱排列的数字表达及其规律

Digital explain and regularity of warp and weft repeat in angle-interlock structure

摘要:

为简便快速地设计复杂的角联锁结构,对该结构进行描述与分析,发现该结构的经纱浮沉存在一定的规律性,即只须给出第一根经纱在每一列纬纱中的纬浮点个数就可以得出其结构图。利用此规律,本文提出了一种简单有效的方法设计不同的角联锁结构,该方法是由数字排列来设计多层角联锁结构示意图,并分析了其需满足的基本条件,进而得出n层实口角联锁有2n-2种设计方法。在实口角联锁结构设计方法的基础上,得到空口角联锁结构与共纬角联锁结构的设计方法。实践证明,该方法借助于CAD绘图软件使复杂的角联锁结构设计变得简单快捷。

Abstract:

In order to design complicated structure of angle-interlock quckly and simplely, the structure diagrams were described and analyzed in this paper, and it was shown that there was a certain regularity between warps. Namely, structure diagrams were achived just based on the numbers of weft over warp for the first warp above the line of weft. According to the regularity, a simple and effective method was put forward to design angle-interlock fabrics of different organizational structures. It is concluded that the mulit-layer of fabric structure diagrams can be use digital to explain when several basic conditions were satisfied which this paper describes below. What's more, 2n-2 methods were found to design basic angle-interlock fabrics of n layers.Above this, the designing method was put forward . It has been proved that this new method makes the designing of angle-interlock woven fabrics simpler and faster with the aid of CAD drawing software.
