间位芳香族聚酰胺三元共聚纤维的制备与性能

Synthesis of meta-aramid terpolymer and its fiber property

摘要:

通过共聚将3,4’-二氨基二苯醚引入间苯二甲酰间苯二胺分子中制备了新型间位芳香族聚酰胺三元共聚物,并对其流变性能、热性能、成纤能力以及纤维力学性能进行了研究。研究表明:间位芳香族聚酰胺三元共聚物表现为非牛顿流体,且随着3,4’-二氨基二苯醚加入量的增加,反应速率逐步降低;得到的该类新型三元共聚物无熔点,起始分解温度为365.8℃,成纤能力随着3,4’-二氨基二苯醚加入量的增加略有降低;得到的纤维断裂强度以及杨氏模量降低,断裂伸长率升高,当加入量为20%左右时,纤维耐热性能最好。

Abstract:

The 3,4’-diaminodiphenyl is added to prepare meta-aramid Terpolymer, which rheological behaviors, thermal properties, fiber-forming properties and mechanical properties was studied. The result showed that meta-aramid Terpolymer belongs Non-Newtonian Fluid and 3,4’-diaminodiphenyl ether will slow the polymerization reaction rate;the decomposition temperature of the copolymer is 365.8℃and without melting point; the Fiber forming ability will reduced as 3, 4 '- diamino diphenyl ether increased; the breaking strength and young’s modulus of the fiber appeared a downward tendency as well as the elongation rose while the 3,4’-diaminodiphenyl content increased,while fiber heat-resisting performance improved best when the joined percentage of about 20%.
