摘要: 介绍一种新型的浮力测试装置的组成、工作原理、计算机数据采集与处理及装置的准确度、稳定性和灵敏度的考评结果。该装置由电阻应变片式称重传感器、称重数字显示仪表及计算机数据处理软件联合组成。采用直挂式浮力检测方式的设计方案,能长时间实时采集浮力信号,自动检测记录浮力变化过程,其相对误差小于3%,灵敏度达到了0.1 N,具有很高的稳定性。该装置可满足各种浮体材料的不同检测要求,亦可适用于对精度要求较高的科学研究,如分析浮力下降的影响因素等。

Abstract: This paper introduces a new type buoyancy testing instrument and its components,operating principle,data collection and processing by computer and testing results in respect of its accuracy,stability and sensitivity.The instrument is composed of the weigh sensor in form of electric resistance strain gage,weigh digital display instrument and computer data processing software.It adopts overhang buoyancy testing design ways,which can collect buoyancy signals at real time on long time basis and record the changing processes of buoyancy.The instrument′s relative error is less than 3%;sensitivity reaches 0.1 N,so the instrument takes on very high stability.The instrument can meet different testing requirements of various floatation materials.At the same time,it can also apply to high precision requirements in scientific research,for instance,it can analyze influencing factors of buoyancy decline etc.
