功能性涤纶凉爽纤维生产工艺

摘要: 为开发具有抑菌、防紫外线、凉爽、护肤保健等功能的涤纶纤维,选用亚微米级ZnO为主要功能性添加剂,通过对常规涤纶生产工艺进行调整优化,对功能性涤纶凉爽纤维生产工艺进行系统研究。最终确定工艺为:添加剂加入量4%~6%,纺丝温度285~295℃,干燥温度170~180℃,纺丝速度3000~3100 m/min。

Abstract: To develop functional polyester fiber with antibacterial,anti-ultraviolet,cool and skin-and health care properties,we used the submicronsize particles of ZnO as primary additive in systematic research,made modification and optimization of the conventional polyester production process,and finally determined the production process of functional and cool polyester fiber as follows: functional additive content,4%-6%;spinning temperature,285-(295 ℃;) drying temperature,170-(180 ℃;) and spinning speed:(3 000-)(3 100 m/min.)
