摘要: 以冰乙酸为溶剂,对玉米醇溶蛋白(zein)进行静电纺丝,用扫描电镜观察zein纤维的形态。利用响应面法中的Box-Behnken设计,选取zein质量分数、电场强度和挤出率3个主要因素作为影响因子,以zein纤维直径作为考察对象,通过回归分析建立了二次多元回归模型。结果表明:zein质量分数对纤维直径的影响最为显著,其次是电场强度和挤出率的交互项;模型预测的纤维直径与真实值能较好的拟合,说明该模型能有效地预测电纺zein纤维的直径。采用响应面法设计,不仅简化了实验设计,且根据建立的定量关系可设计出所需结果的实验条件,对利用静电纺丝技术制备纳米纤维具有重要的意义。

Abstract: The electrospinning of zein was performed with glacial acetic acid, and the morphology of the zein fibers was investigated by scanning electron microscopy. Box-Behnken experimental design was employed with three main influential parameters, i.e. zein mass concentration, electric field intensity and flow rate, as the independent variables and the diameter of the zein fibers as the investigative object. The multiple regression model was set up by regression analysis. The results indicate that the zein mass concentration has the most significant influence on the diameter of the fibers, and the next is the interaction item of the electric field intensity and flow rate. The observed responses are in close agreement with the predicted values of the model. By using of response surface design, the process of experiment at design was simplified and the condition of the desired fiber diameter could be obtained easily according to the model. This has a great significance to produce nanofibers via electrospinning.
