混纺活性炭纤维针刺毡的活化与吸附关系

  1. 采用腈纶和粘胶纤维混纺制成针刺毡,然后在230~250℃对其进行预氧化,并用一步法对针刺毡进行炭化和活化。对针刺毡的生产、预氧化、一步法炭化活化工艺进行了详细的研究。预氧化针刺毡的预氧化程度用含水率来表示,对活性炭纤维针刺毡的产出率及对碘的吸附能力也进行了研究。

摘要:

采用腈纶和粘胶纤维混纺制成针刺毡,然后在230~250℃对其进行预氧化,并用一步法对针刺毡进行炭化和活化。对针刺毡的生产、预氧化、一步法炭化活化工艺进行了详细的研究。预氧化针刺毡的预氧化程度用含水率来表示,对活性炭纤维针刺毡的产出率及对碘的吸附能力也进行了研究。

Abstract: A needle felt was produced with the blend of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) and viscose fibers.Then,the needle felt was pre-oxidized in the air at 230~(250 ℃),followed by carbonizing and activating by one-step process.A detailed research was conducted on the technologies of production,pre-oxidization,and one step carbonization-activation of the needle felt.Its pre-oxidization extent was expressed with the moisture content.The iodine adsorption capacity and yield of the activated carbon fiber(ACF) needle felt were also studied.
