摘要: 用USTER AFIS单纤维测试系统,对不同给棉板与刺辊隔距条件下的生条纤维长度分布进行检测,用罗拉式纤维长度测量仪对不同给棉板与刺辊隔距的刺辊落棉、盖板花中的纤维长度分布进行了检测。结果证实,给棉板与刺辊间隔距大小对生条中的纤维长度分布有重要的影响。一般而言,隔距越大,越有利于减少纤维的损伤,其根本原因在于隔距大时,对棉束梳理长度减少,提出应以落棉和生条中的纤维长度分布来衡量分梳过程中纤维损伤情况,单纯以生条短绒率评价分梳过程中纤维损伤可能是不全面的。

Abstract: The length distribution of sliver fiber under conditions of different feed plate gauge was tested by USTER AFIS and fiber length distribution in taker-in droppings and card strips was tested by cotton fiber length analyzer.The results prove that the feed plate gauge remarkably affects fiber length distribution of card sliver.In general,the longer the gauge is,the less is the damage to the fiber.The reason is that a longer gauge will decrease the cotton length for carding.It is proposed that the fiber damage will be judged by both fiber length distributions in droppings and in card sliver.It may be one-sided to judge the damage only by short fiber content in card sliver.
