摘要: 以环氧基为交联桥,制备了β-环糊精接枝纤维素纤维,获得了接枝最佳工艺参数,同时进行了结构分析,并探讨了接枝机理。结果表明,以环氧基为交联桥可制备β-环糊精接枝纤维素纤维,环氧化反应最佳工艺参数为1 g纤维素纤维所需环氧氯丙烷7 mL,40%NaOH 6 mL,反应时间2.5 h,温度40℃;纤维素分子并未因接枝环糊精发生根本性破坏,有利于β-环糊精在纺织工业的应用。

Abstract: β-cyclodextrin grafted cellulose fiber was prepared with epoxy group as cross-linking bridge,and its structure was analyzed.The graft mechanism was investigated and the optimal grafting process conditions were determined.The experiment results indicate that it is practical to prepare β-cyclodextrin grafted cellulose with epoxy group as cross-linking bridge.The optimized process conditions of epoxidation reaction are as follows: for(1 g) cellulose fiber,(7 mL) epichlorohydrin and(6 mL) NaOH 40% solution are added,reacting for(2.5 h) at(40 ℃.) No fundamental destruction is observed in the molecular structure of the cellulose resulting from the grafting.These findings are beneficial to developing the application area of β-cyclodextrin in the textile industry.
