 Influence of spinning triangle shape change on ring spun yarn properties

摘要: 以斜位纺纱原理为背景,建立了斜位纺纱加捻三角区变化模型,探讨了纺纱三角区形态变化对纱线毛羽性能的影响机制。通过采用在不同细纱机型上分别进行直位和斜位纺纱,实现斜位纺加捻三角区形态变化差异,对比研究不同纺纱三角区形态下的纱线性能指标,对理论分析结果进行实验证明。实验结果表明:捻度有效传递和对应斜位导纱方式能有效降低加捻三角区几何面积,提高三角区纤维握持加捻效果,改善成纱毛羽,与理论分析相符合。

Abstract: On the basis of diagonal spinning theory, spinning triangle shape variation model was built to analyze the influence of spinning triangle shape change on ring spun yarn properties, especially yarn hairiness; corresponding mechanism was discussed. For validating the theoretical analysis, several experiments such as conventional and diagonal spinning were conducted to get various spinning triangle change on different type ring frames respectively; spun yarns properties were comparatively studied. Experimental results indicated that yarn guidance path and twist transport were very essential to deformation of spinning triangle shapes; the diminished spinning triangle yielded yarn with improved surface and mechanical properties. In all, the experimental results agreed with the theoretical analysis.
