芳纶针织物的防刺性能

Stabbing-resistant performance of aramid fabric

摘要: 以芳纶纤维为原料,编织了纬平针组织、畦编组织、罗纹组织来研究织物结构对芳纶针织物防刺性能的影响,采用天津工业大学自制的滚筒记录式织物防刺性能测试仪,测试了穿刺过程中的冲击时间、冲击位移、刺穿深度等参数。结果表明:罗纹组织具有较好的防刺破性能;多层织物测试时试样的叠放次序对防刺效果有影响,两层以上的罗纹织物或其他结构的多层织物叠加后可以满足相应标准规定的防刺要求;在防刺测试曲线中直线段的斜率可以反映出防刺性能的优劣。

Abstract:    In order to study the effect of various knitting structures on the stabbing-resistance performance, the plain, rib and cardigan stitch are knitted using aramid fibre and the parameters such as impact time, displacement and puncture depth are tested with the roller-recording fabric stab-resistant performance tester designed by Tianjin Polytechnic University. The results show that the rib fabric has better stabbing-resistance performance and the laying order of samples affects its stab-resistant performance also when testing multi-layer fabric; rib fabrics of more than two layers or other multi-layer fabrics of different structures can satisfy the requirement of the corresponding puncture-proof standard; the slope of straight line in stabbing-resistance testing curve can reflect the stabbing-resistance performance.
