高速横机控制系统用共直流母线式多路输出开关电源设计

Design of multiplexed output switching power supply for high-speed flat knitting machine control system based on common DC bus

摘要: 鉴于横机控制系统正朝着高速、高精度(高端)方向发展,分析了满足高端横机控制系统供电要求的电源技术指标,设计了共直流母线式多种拓扑输出的高频开关电源方案,重点分析了24V大电流输出电源正激式电路拓扑的设计方法和参数。制作并加工电源样机进行了实验测试,测试结果显示,该开关电源的四路输出电压精度均在3%的范围内,电压输出稳定,纹波较小,效率在80%以上,符合横机控制系统的供电要求,基于该电源设计的横机系统其编织速度可以达到1.5m/s,这给高端横机控制系统的研发提供了一套高性价比的电源方案。

Abstract: Based on the higher speed and accuracy development of flat knitting machine control system ,we analyze the technical indexes which can satisfy the requirement of the power supply of the flat knitting machine control system,and design the scheme for high frequency switching power with the common DC bus and a multiplexed output. The design methods and parameters of a forward type circuit topology power with 24V input voltage and large output current are selective analyzed. Experiments have been carried out on a prototype, the results show that the four-way output voltage precision of the switching power is within 3%, output voltage is stable, ripple is small. It is accordance with requirements of the power supply of flat knitting machine control system and the knitting speed of knitting machine can reach 1.5m/s based on this power. It provides a cost-effective solution for the development of high-end flat knitting machine control system.
