摘要: 分析了织机开口综框的运动规律以及传统织机开口机构的特点,根据织造三维机织物对立体织机开口机构的特殊要求,研制了一种新型的电子开口系统,可使多层经纱形成多个清晰的梭口,该开口系统采用PLC控制、伺服电机驱动的方法来控制立体织机的综框运动,简化了开口机构,提高了立体织机开口系统的灵活性和可靠性.论文介绍了立体织机开口系统的总体设计、驱动系统的硬件配置以及控制软件的基本原理.所研制的电子开口系统已成功应用于立体织机的开发.

Abstract: The shedding movement and the characteristics of the shedding mechanism of traditional loom are analyzed in this paper. According to the special requirements to shedding mechanism for weaving three-dimensional fabric, a new electronic shedding system is developed to form the clear multi-shed with multi-layer warp which is controlled by PLC and driven by servo motor. This method has simplified the shedding mechanism and improved the flexibility and reliability of the shedding mechanism. It is introduced that the general design of three-dimensional loom’s shedding system, including the driving system’s hardware configure and its software’s controlling principle. The new shedding system developed has been applied in a three-dimensional loom prototype successfully.
