Abstract: A definition of fashion design JIT from the piont of view of garment character and its life cycle was given.Technology key of the fashion design just in time face to the chain of promotive habiliments supply was studied based on fashion dummy manufacture and an autonomous and cooperative building block of a manufacturing system.Finally HMS was put forward and its block function in fashion was analyzed.
