Research on the thermo-plastic composites reinforced by woven flax fabrics

Abstract: 利用聚丙烯纤维对亚麻纱线进行包缠,使用该纱线织造3种经纱密度相同,纬纱密度不同的平纹织物。利用热压机将5层织物复合,分别制成3种复合材料板材。对板材的拉伸性能进行测试和分析。测试结果表明:织物中纱线的密度对层合板的强力和断裂伸长率有重要影响;在条件一定的情况下,随着织物纬纱密度的减小,材料沿经向的拉伸强度呈上升的趋势,而经向断裂伸长率呈下降趋势。
