Parameters adjusting methods of warp knitting servo-control system

Abstract: This paper introduces the current status of the use of servo-control system in warp knitting field,elaborates the general theory of parameter adjustment,and proposes a method which is systemic and suits to the warp knitting servo-control system.It establishes an experimental platform consisting of Kollmorgen Corporation′s IL18-030A1 servo motor and CD5 series servo driver,discusses the specific problem arising from the real adjusting process,analyses the motion diagram and obtains further adjustment methods.Curve analysis shows that adjusting the parameters of warp knitting servo-control system according to the method given in this paper can fully meet production requirements.
