Influence of nipper machine parameter of E62 comber on nipper holding process performance

Abstract: Analyzing the machine motion and basing on the analysis of the present nipper machine structure and motion as well as establishment of math model,the nipper process performance in conditions of different eccentric shaft parameters on E62 comber is analyzed by computer programming technology,and the relations between eccentric shaft speed ratio,steeve length and nipper opening degree,nipper opening-closing timing,and nipper pressure are discussed.The results indicate that appropriate decreasing of the eccentric shaft speed ratio and steeve length can make nipper opening timing advance and nipper opening degree before detaching increase,this is beneficial to cotton cluster carded by cylinder rising advanced and comber detaching-overlapping operation.
