Abstract: Abstract In this paper, the rheological properties of modified polyacrylate thickener for digital printing were studied and the results about the effect of that a variety of modifiers, additives, antifoamers and other additives as well as temperature on the rheological properties were also understood. They showed that the modified polyacrylate thickener presents pseudoplastic characteristics, which has a relatively stability to electrolyte, and the non-ionic surfactant has little effect on the performance of the system. The flow curve was fitted with exponential mode τ=k•γn and treated with unary linear regression, and the Arrhenius equation can describe the influence of temperature on flow energy of polyacrylate thickener accurately.
