Abstract: Using aquatic plants to restore contaminated water is an efficient, simple, low consumed wastewater treatment technology. The research and application status of the treatments on dyeing wastewater by the lower and higher aquatic plants at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed in this paper and the development prospects are also presented.
