 Key technologies of magnetic suspension driving knitting needles and experimental model

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of weaving efficiency is too low, and the energy consumption is too high in traditional knitting machine, based on the technology of jacquard machine, the paper propose the new principle of magnetic suspension driving knitting needle. Through motion trace analysis and simulation of magnetic suspension driving knitting needle, obtain the needle’s movement displacement, velocity and acceleration curves, also, through system modeling, get the force relationship between electromagnetic and permanent needle. Design and improve the driving device, based on actual jacquard machine E24 as research object, verifying the weaving performance of magnetic needle device. Experiment has proved: needle model based on new magnetic driving, the weaving efficiency has improved nearly 17%, at the same time, knitting technology and trajectory is optimized.
