Abstract: Warehousing operations have been the primary problem that plagues apparel business inventory management. High working intensity, low warehousing efficiency and other questions always exist in this area. According to the garment warehousing operations, this thesis investigates the warehousing operations of garment enterprises. Then the thesis analyzes the circuit from arriving to storage, especially studies the garment warehousing operations, discuss the processes of operations. The thesis also uses the Arena simulation software to simulate the garment warehousing operations, concludes the simulation modeling. In the end, this thesis checks the modeling and verifies the correctness of the model. The result of this thesis can be used in the management of warehousing operations in garment enterprises.
