Research progress of fluid differential electrostatic spinning nozzle design

Abstract: With the development of nanotechnology,electrostatic spinning technology which can be used to obtain nanofibers has attracted more and more attention. Industrialization manufacturing is constrained because of the inefficient production of traditional capillary nozzle, while the new idea of differential nozzle structure which can form dense jets spontaneously solves the problems of low production of nanofibers. This paper reviews the basic principle and research progress of fluid differential Electrostatic spinning nozzle design, which provide reference for the further development of industrialization manufacturing of fluid differential electrostatic spinning nozzle and nanofibers industry.
