Abstract: This paper selected standard size 3-D woven fabric and five-layer plain fabric which were both made by glass fiber as materials for prefabrication.Under the room temperature the composite panels were manufactured by the VARI(vacuum assisted resin infusion) technique with standard 854 vinyl-ester resin∶ activator(MEKP)∶condensate(Cobalt) at a mass ratio of 100∶1.5∶2.The whole process of the resin infusion was recorded by a digital video camera. The flow rate of the resin during this process was analyzed. The results shows that the time-displacement curve conforms to logarithmic function, and velocity-displacement and velocity-time,to exponential function, although the flow rate varies with performer and differs in different positions of the performer.
