      Chitosan nanoparticles were prepared by the ionotropic gelation method.The aggregation structure change ofB.morisilk treated with chitosan nanoparticle dispersed solution with different mass concentrations was studied.The results show that the conformation ofB.morisilk treated by chitosan nanoparticles has the trend of-βsheet,and the crystallinity and thermodynamic stability increase.Moreover,as mass concentration increases,the trend of-βsheet strengthens and the thermodynamic stability further improves.

      pinning differential linear density and differential shrinkage filaments directly has great significance in the development of wool-like products.So to research and find out how the differential shrinkage filaments come into being in the same spinning process is also a meaningful work.In terms of a single screw extruder spinning,it can be assumed through theory discussion that the fine filaments are cooled faster with a smaller cooling length,and have a bigger drawing strain rate.The fresh formed fine filaments have a higher macromolecular degree of orientation and a higher boiled water shrinkage.But during the subsequent drawing the crystallization rate of the fine filaments is far higher than that of the coarse ones.So,the fine filaments can be imparted a high crystallinity and lower boiled water shrinkage.On the contrary,the coarse filaments turn into high shrinkage filaments.

      The PET fiber was treated by oxygen plasma combined with hydrophilic agent,and the influence of plasma on structure and properties of PET fiber were studied.The results showed that oxygen plasma treatment etched the fiber surface and the oxygen-containing groups were introduced to the chain of the molecule,thus wettability of the PET fiber was improved.But when the treatment time exceeded 3 minutes,the polarity groups were broken,resulting in decline in its wettability.The hydrophilicity and the hydrophilicity durability were improved dramatically when the PET fiber treated by plasma was finished by hydrophilic agent.FT-IR spectrum indicated the carbonyl oxygen-containing groups had been induced onto the PET fiber and the mechanical and thermal properties were not affected after oxygen plasma treatment.

      To resolve the dispersant of nanometer material in polymer matrix,this article provided a method to prepare polyester nanocomposites by in-situ polymerization.The nano-scale zinc carbonate hydroxide was prepared with ammonium carbonate and zinc sulfate,and then the glycol solution of barium hydroxide was added to this reaction system to obtain a multiple nanometer compounds suspension,which was added to the polymeric reaction kettle directly without separation.Decomposed at the reaction temperature,CO2and H2O were emitted so that to avoid the secondary aggregation of particles,the reaction in situ was carried out,thus got the modified polyester chips.The technical parameter and thermal property were determined respectively.The TEM image showed that the inorganic nano-particles were dispersed equably in the matrix.

      The modified process of activated carbon felt,which is coated with nano-TiO2by sol-gel technique,and the experimental method of removing formaldehyde using the felt are studied.The influences of factors,such as dip-coating times,thermal treatment temperature,dip-coating time and heating rate etc.,on removing effect of formaldehyde are evaluated using orthogonal experimental method.The results show that dip-coating times is the biggest influence factor,followed by thermal treatment temperature.However,dip-coating time and the heating rate have little influence.The best removing result is obtained on following conditions : dip-coating times twice,thermal treatment temperature within 400-450℃,dip-coating time 10 min and the heating rate 3℃/min,the adsorption-conversion amount is 96.33μg/g.

      The reaction dynamics of deacetylation of chitin at different temperatures and NaOH concentrations were studied.Based on the theoretical overall reaction model of deacetylation process,a mechanism of SN2was proposed and successfully applied to preparation of chitosan with a viscosity of 647 cPa.s and degree of deacetylation of 68%.

      The previous research demonstrated that the dispersion of the accelerated points of floating fibers is the main reason of the unevenness of the drafted slivers.This paper theoretically analyzed the condition under which the fiber in the drafting zone is accelerated.The condition of the fiber acceleration is expressed in a probabilistic form regarding the condition that the drafting forces are greater than the control forces.The dynamic law of the fast and slow fibers in any profile in the drafting zone is assumed and for a fiber of given length the variance of the accelerated points is obtained.Therefore the distribution function principle can be used to give the overall variance of the accelerated points.The pressure and friction coefficients are incorporated into the variance.Further analysis can be drawn on the basis of the variance obtained.

      The application of compact spinning technology to Modal fibers has been discussed.The parameters in carding,drawing,roving,spinning and winding processes are optimized.And on the basis of the theory of spinning,the assembled tension and the value of the press can be optimized,and proper rings,ring travelers and net loops are determined.After making comparison with compact spinning and common spinning,we find that compact spun yarn has the besty quality,less hairiness,better unevenness(only 10.75%) and tensile strength(20.73 cN/dtex).In addition,the compact spinning is characterized by low end-breakage rate and yarn defects,high production efficiency.

      The testing of the blended ratio of cashmere/wool yarns is mainly depended on manual operation,which is low in speed and accuracy.An object extraction method based on the HSV color model was proposed,which could be used for testing the blended ratio of cashmere/wool yarns.First both the cashmere and wool that have some color information were withdrawn from the background.Then,according to their different shapes,the target could be separated by using the erosion and dilation techniques.Finally test the blended ratio of cashmere/wool yarn.Findings demonstrate that this technique is practical in testing the blended ratio of cashmere/wool yarns.

      A new method to imitate a 3-D photorealistic single yarn is presented.Various cross-sections can be designed by quadratic B-spline curve,and with random turbulence,the realistic twist effect for the single yarn is achieved.The B-spline surface is constructed according to the principle that a peak point is corresponding to its next peak and a trough is corresponding to its next trough,which can keep the contour of the yarn almost unchanged.The hairiness can also be inserted by deliberately arranging the control points of the B-spline surface.

      Cashmere,wool and polyester(PET) fibers were selected to form a three-strand complex yarn on traditional ring spinning system,and obtained yarns of different structure and style by changing feeding location and tension of three components.Three sorts of compound structural yarn were spun with different twists and blended ratios,such as plied,core and wrapped structural yarn,and yarn tensile property was tested.The spinning experiments and test results show that this could improve the strength of cashmere yarn by compositing and there are some relationships between the tensile property and blended ratio,twist and yarn structure.Along with the increasing of twist,tensile property of the three structural compound yarns all accords with classical critical-twist theory.The mechanical property of compound yarn varies with its structure,and in the case of tensile strength,plied structure yarn is the best,followed by core structure yarn,and wrapped structure yarn is the worst.

      By vertical wicking measurement and falling-drop method,this paper studied the influence of different profiled fibers on the moisture transport properties of the fabrics with the same structural parameters.The results showed that the order of moisture transport properties of the fabric is consistent with that of the fiber when the fabric has the same structural parameters,and is associated with the morphological structure and fineness of fibers.Moisture vapor transporting time along warp and weft direction of fabric had exponential relation with wicking height.The results obtained by two methods are similar;however,the vertical wicking measurement is better than the falling-drop method when comparing the moisture vapor transport properties of fabrics with different morphological structures.

      KES was used to test the elastic extension,elastic recovery,plastic deformation and fatigue resistance of three kinds of fabrics made from PTT staple fiber,DTY and PTT/PET bicomponent fiber respectively and they were compared with those of urethane elastic fiber fabric and the common chemical fiber fabrics(PET and nylon).It is found that the elastic elongation of all kinds of PTT fabric is longer than that of common chemical fiber fabrics,but less than that of urethane elastic fiber fabric;under low load condition,the PTT fabrics exhibit lower recovery and higher plastic deformation than the common chemical fiber fabrics;among the three kinds of PTT fabrics,PTT/PET fabric shows the maximum elastic elongation and the best stretch recovery,while PTT staple fiber fabric shows the lowest stretch recovery and highest plastic deformation.

      Based on layered combination design method of digital jacquard and application of all-coloring compound structure,this paper is devoted to the innovative designs of jacquard fabric in which a novel shot pattern is created.An in-depth analysis was carried out on the principle of traditional shot-effect fabric,on which the principle and method for figured shot-effect digital jacquard fabric designing was presented with a design illustration.By using layered design method and all-coloring compound structure,together with reversed negative digital image,the fabric construction of figured shot-effect can be realized with two or four juxtaposed color threads whose arrangement is different from traditional shot-effect fabric of contrary color threads arranged in different direction.Besides,for the application of all-coloring structure enables color threads in fabric construction to exhibit no-covering effect and smooth color changing,the produced fabric is capable to express a figure shot-effect via deployment of color threads with fine luster.

      In order to improve ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber′s interfacial properties,surface modification of UHMWPE fibers was done by argon plasma method of dielectric barrier discharge.The warp-wise and filling-wise tensile properties of the treated and untreated UHMWPE/LDPE were compared with those of LDPE composite of same volume fraction respectively.It was found that adhesive property of treated UHMWPE fiber was enhanced significantly,and its interface property was studied.

      This paper selected standard size 3-D woven fabric and five-layer plain fabric which were both made by glass fiber as materials for prefabrication.Under the room temperature the composite panels were manufactured by the VARI(vacuum assisted resin infusion) technique with standard 854 vinyl-ester resin∶ activator(MEKP)∶condensate(Cobalt) at a mass ratio of 100∶1.5∶2.The whole process of the resin infusion was recorded by a digital video camera.The flow rate of the resin during this process was analyzed.The results shows that the time-displacement curve conforms to logarithmic function,and velocity-displacement and velocity-time,to exponential function,although the flow rate varies with performer and differs in different positions of the performer.

      For imparting the ultra-fine fiber spunlaced nonwoven synthetic leather substrates better fragrant properties,complex coacervation method was employed for preparing microcapsules with oily essence as core materials and gelatin and sodium alginate as shell.Through adjusting raw materials dosage and proper control of reaction conditions,a forest fragrant type of microcapsules was made.Spunlaced nonwoven synthetic leather substrates were then finished by the microcapsule and the optimal process conditions were determined by experiments.Mechanical properties of both treated and untreated spunlaced nonwoven synthetic leather substrates were tested,and the fragrant remaining time was tested subjectively.The results show that the treated spunlaced nonwoven synthetic leather substrates have higher tensile,better tearing and bursting strength,and long lasting fragrance,but its softness goes down a little bit.

      To solve the problem of adverse influence on the environment exerted by the residue dye liquid from traditional dyeing of wool with acid mordant dyes by after-chroming,and to lessen the pressure of chromium-containing waste water treatment,the dyeing method was modified by adopting two-bath dyeing technique in which the initial dyeing liquid and mordant dyeing liquid could be used in the recycled way,thus saving dyestuff and reducing the drainage of chromium-containing waste water.The color shade,soaping fastness,and fastness to rubbing of the dyed samples by both traditional and new technique were tested and the results showed that the new technology can live up to the standard of the traditional dyeing and protect the environment as well.

      The paper introduces the finishing process of polyester fabric with fluorochemical finishing agent via pad-dry-cure technology.The influence of the concentration of finishing agent,curing conditions,concentration of acetic acid,concentrations of isopropanol and cross-linking agent on the water-and oil-repellent of polyester fabric was investigated.The process conditions were optimized based on the water-and oil-repellent properties of the fabric after washing.The result indicated that the optimized finishing can impart all kinds of polyester fabric better water-and oil-repellency,and after 5 laundry cycles,the water repellency mark of the fabric is no less than 90 and oil-repellency is no less than grade 4.In addition,SEM is used to observe the change of surface morphology of the fabric before and after washing,the reason leading to change is explained theoretically.The discrepancy in water-and oil-repellent properties of fabric before and after washing is also proved.

      In order to approach the influence of TiO2configuration on photocatalysis,the photo-catalytic degradation process of methyl-orange by TiO2which was prepared by adsorption phase reaction technique and impregnation methods was studied.The influence of preparation conditions on the morphology and activity of TiO2was also investigated.After analyzing the reaction,it assumes that the diffusion and surface reaction are coupled.The controlling step depends on the activity of catalyst and the concentration of methyl-orange.It affects the apparent order of the reaction.After evaluating the activity of catalyst,it is deduced that the key factor affecting the photo-catalytic activity is the type of crystal of TiO2,secondly the content of Ti and diameter of the particles.The catalyst prepared by adsorption phase reaction technique has a larger content of Ti,smaller diameter,and can be better controlled,thereby better photo-catalytic.With the increasing of water content,the advantage of adsorption phase reaction technique is becoming more and more conspicuous.

      Considering actuality of fluorine-containing textile finishing agents in China,a fluorine-containing textile finishing agent emulsion was prepared by core-shell emulsion polymerization and characterized by FT-IR and laser granularity analysis.The stability of fluorine-containing textile finishing agent emulsion was tested.The effects of cross-linking agent on oil-and water-repellency,and durable-washing properties of the fabric were studied;Air permeability and tearing strength of the treated fabric were analyzed.The results showed that decreasing the size of finishing agent emulsion improves the stability.The textiles had good oil-and water-repellency and washing fastness properties after finishing,and exhibited little change in air permeability and tearing strength.

      A durable press(DP) agent and a fixing agent were first selected,and the DP finished cotton fabrics and the dyed and fixed cotton fabric were prepared respectively.Formaldehyde release from the two treated cotton fabric samples in acidic,alkaline aqueous solutions and in two artificial sweats were characterized.The results indicated that the DP finished cotton fabric released formaldehyde more easily in the alkaline aqueous solution than in the acidic aqueous solution.On the contrary,the dyed and fixed cotton fabric showed the reversed releasing trend.Moreover,the two fabric samples released low formaldehyde in the artificial sweats than in the aqueous solutions at the same condition because of the reaction of L-histidine from artificial sweats with the release formaldehyde.

      The factor analysis of 16 physical property indexes such as breaking strength,breaking toughness of sewing threads was undertaken using the statistical products and service solutions(SPSS software).Three factors were chosen according to the criteria of eigenvalues> 1 and factors cumulative contribution root> 80% ~ 85%.Then four clusters were obtained by cluster analyzing of the three factors.The comprehensive physical properties of clusterⅠandⅡare fairly good,clusterⅢis moderate,and clusterⅣis relatively poor.At the same time,by means of regression analysis on factors,regression models of the relationship between evaluation indexes of seam quality which includes seam cockling,seam breaking strength,seam breaking elongation and the three factors were established,which could be used for estimating the seam quality of sewing threads.

      For optimizing the structure design of TM electronic jacquard machine transmission shaft and minimizing the vibration of transmission shaft during the high speed rotates,the integrated transfer matrix method is suggested on the basis of transfer matrix method,applying integrated transfer matrix theory to analysis of the dynamic character of jacquard machine transmission shaft.Through analyzing the dynamic model of the transmission shaft,theoretical derivation and calculation of the critical speed and the vibrating model of high-speed electronic jacquard machine transmission shaft are performed,finding out the inherent natural frequencies and the relative main vibration model.The results show that the integrated transfer matrix is higher in computational accuracy while retaining such advantages of conventional transfer matrix as easy to program,small workload and high operating speed.The calculation method is useful to the design of high-speed jacquard machine transmission shaft and the analysis of other complex rotor system.

      In order to develop and optimize the electronic let-off system and improve the compatibility of warp knitting machine and product quality,this paper analyzed the control procedure of the multi-speed electronic let-off system,and elaborated on how the beam-motor to switch between different speeds according to the speed of principal axis,outside perimeter of beam.It discussed the control algorithm of multi-speed electronic yarn let-off system,and worked-out the value of motor speed operation according to the speed of principal axis and process requirement.The practical weaving has proved that the error in let-off of this system can be controlled in±1% and accurate let-off is ensured.

      The rag industry has its special demand characteristics different from other sectors.Based on the economic lot in traditional order mode,the coordinative order mode,a two echelon supply chain is proposed,in which the supplier makes up the increased cost of inventory of the seller by reducing the whole price.And the cost optimization model is developed based on the reasonable inventory cost and required demand of the seller.The flexible response of the supply chain is affected when the demand is increased,so the entire supply chain earns more profit.Finally,a case is analyzed,which demonstrates that when compared with traditional supply chain,the coordination order mode can reduce the supply chain cost and leads to a win-win relationship between supplier and seller.

      Remote really fitting based on web is a key problem for costume customization of CPC(collaborative product commerce),which has been pursued by more and more garment enterprises.However,current equipment and technique are not able to solve it.Therefore,based on existing model-base,here fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze all kinds of important body parameters through combining the fuzzy and mathematical static theory.That is to say,customization model should be selected according to the smallest variance related to the body data provided by customer.Finally,this matching algorithm is illustrated through obtained wonderful virtual model.

      The updated research on charge characteristics and stability of non-woven polypropylene fabrics was reviewed,and the charge characteristics and stability of non-woven polypropylene fabrics were analyzed in combination with the basic rules of charge storage stability of polymer electrets and the chemical and web structure of non-woven polypropylene fabrics.It points out that the charge storage of non-woven polypropylene fabric electrets mainly comes from the charge trapping at crystallites and interface polarization between crystallites or between crystallites and non-crystallites when current flows through the medium.Suggestion is given as how to improve the charge storage stability of non-woven polypropylene fabrics electrets used as air filter material.
