Abstract: Pressure comfort is an important aspect to affect the development of foundation garment.The theoretical basis on pressure comfort of foundation garment,the factors influencing pressure comfort,and two methods for evaluating pressure comfort of foundation garment(subjective evaluating,objective evaluating) are described.The latest inroads in research on dynamic garment pressure distribution are also introduced.In addition,existing problems in studying on pressure comfort of foundation garment is pointed out,and some new ideas about further study of pressure comfort of foundation garment are advised.
