Control algorithm of electronic shogging system based on speed control mode in warp knitting

Abstract: In view of the deficiency of the position control mode for electronic shogging , such as large shogging impact and poor sport performance , a kind of electronic shogging system which based on speed control mode had been developed ,and the paper chose combined sine acceleration curve as the shogging motion curve of guide bar. After analyzing , used function or look-up table method to get the command speed of the motor, at the same time sent corresponding analogue to control motor speed and direction. PID algorithm was used to modify motor speed, so guide bar shogging could be flexible and accurate . The electronic shogging system based on speed control mode can drive guide bar to move according to the motion rule , so the guide bar can achieve flexible shogging and the operating performance of the warp knitting machine can be improved.
