针织装备的智能制造及互联互通标准验证

摘要:

为解决目前针织行业内针织设备接口不统一,设备难以实现互联互通及互操作等诸多问题,制定了针织机械网络通信接口系列行业标准。这些标准规范针织装备,包括横机、圆纬机和经编机的通信接口和数据协议,实现标准内设备互联互通及互操作。同时建设不少于3 个试验验证平台,分别对横机、圆纬机和经编机的互联互通方法及可靠性进行试验验证,以期在验证的基础上进行行业示范和推广。对于现役装备,通过制定网关标准将其纳入标准范围。

Abstract:

In order to solve peoblems such as the inconsistent interface of the knitting machines in the knitting industry and difficult realization of the intercommunication and interoperability of the machines, a series of industrial standards of the knitting machinery network communication interface were established. The standards cover the communication interface and data communication protocol of a flat knitting machine, a circular knitting machine and a wap knitting machine, and the intercommunication and interoability of the knitting machine within the standards are realized. At least therr test platjorms were built to test the intercommunication method and the reliability of the flat knitting machine, the circular knitting machine and the earp knitting machine so as to carry out industrial demonstration and generalization on the bais of standards verification. For the serving machines, the gateway standard is established and brought into the standard range.
