纺织智能制造及其装备若干关键技术的探讨

Analysis of some key technology basis for intelligent textile manufacturing and its equipment

摘要:

为给纺织智能制造装备的设计开发提供理论参考和技术支持,促进纺织智能制造技术的发展和行业的技术进步,对智能制造的内涵及其关键技术进行分析和梳理,对纺织智能制造的现状及存在的问题进行分析;重点探讨纺织智能制造装备涉及的关键技术、发展方向、理论基础。经分析得出,建立纺织智能制造装备的多领域分析模型是实现智能化的基础,建立了纺织智能制造装备分析建模的理论框架,内容主要包括:多场耦合与多领域建模方法、纺织工艺装备动态特性、纺织材料工艺作用机理、纺织工艺装备智能控制方法等,深入研究这些基础问题,将可为纺织智能制造及其装备的设计与实践提供理论和技术支持。

Abstract:

For the purpose of providing theoretical reference of design and development for textile intelligent manufacturing equipment, promoting the technical development and propress of intelligent textile manufacturing industry, the connotation of intelligent manufacturing and its key technologies are analyzed nad combed, the current textile intelligent manufacturing situation and existing proboems are analyzed, and the involved key technologies development direction, and theoritical basos of textile intelligent manufacturing equipment system are discussed emphasically. The anslysis indicates that, setting up the multidisciplinary analysis model is the intelligentization for the textile intelligent manufacturing equipment system. Therefore, modeling theory framework for textile intelligent manufacturing equipement system has been established, the contents of which includes as follows: multidisciplinary modeling method with multi-field coupling, dynamic characteristics of peocess equipment system, working mechanism of equipment with textile material, and intelligent control method. It is indicated that researchon these theoretical basis peoblems can peovide theoretical and technical support for edvelopment and application of the textile intelligent manufacturing equipment system.
