海岛纤维静电植绒工艺研究

摘要: 用海岛纤维作静电植绒原料,从根本上解决了植绒过程中绒毛细度对植绒产品的限制,采用先开纤后植绒的工艺,分析了超细纤维绒毛在电场中获得剩余电荷的机制。实验过程用植入绒毛量作为统一的评价标准,通过改变植绒工艺参数——电压、极板距离、植绒时间,分析这些参数对单位面积植入绒毛量的影响。实验结果发现:单位面积植入的绒毛量随着外加电压和植绒时间的增加而增加;随着极板距离的增大而减小。

Abstract: Sea-island fiber flock in substitution for the traditional fibers in electrostatic flocking radically solves the constrain of flocked product development due to the size of fiber.The mechanism about how superfine fibers charging in electric field was analyzed.Flocking properties can be examined according to the number of planted flock.The independent variables affecting available flock quantity including voltage,electrode separation and flocking time have been investigated in this paper.Experimental results show that increasing the flocking time and voltage,increases the planted flock,while the effect of increasing the electrode separation is on the contrary.
