高速经编机凸轮从动件运动规律的模糊综合评价

摘要: 为选择优良的经编机凸轮从动件运动曲线,提高国产凸轮在实际生产中的速度,将模糊综合评价方法应用到经编机凸轮运动规律的选择中。阐述梳栉横移运动的基本要求,分析横移用凸轮的主要指标,确定了各指标的权重系数,对经编机凸轮设计中常用的运动曲线进行了综合评价。结果表明,修正正弦运动曲线能够很好地满足高速经编机横移运动的要求,对用于经编机横移机构的凸轮的生产有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: In order to choose moving curve of cam follower and raise the speed of warp knitting machines,this study applies the method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment to the choice of cam moving curve.It expatiates the basic request of lateral motion of the guide bar,analyses the main targets of the cam,confirms the weight coefficient of each target,and judges the moving curve commonly used in cam design.The results show that the revision sinusoidal motion curve can meet the requirement of lateral motion of the guide bar and it has certain theoretical value for cam production of warp knitting machine.
