纤维素预处理后的结构及溶液流变性能

摘要: 用乙二胺处理纤维素,通过X射线衍射、红外光谱分析对纤维素预处理前后的结构变化进行表征,X射线衍射表明经乙二胺预处理后纤维素的结晶度下降了很多。在相同条件下将等量预处理前后的纤维素溶解在NMMO/H2O体系中,结果显示纤维素经过乙二胺预处理后更容易溶解在NMMO/H2O中。对用乙二胺预处理前后的纤维素/NMMO/H2O溶液的稳态和动态流变性能进行对比研究,结果表明:预处理后纤维素/NMMO/H2O溶液中纤维素相对分子质量分布变窄,纤维素分子缠结网变强,可保持纺丝后纤维的力学性能。

Abstract: Cellulose was pretreated in solution of 1,2-ethylene diamine.The changes of structure of pretreated cellulose were investigated.The change of crystallinity was characterized by X-ray diffraction.It can be concluded that cellulose pretreated in solution of 1,2-ethylene diamine leads to great decrease of crystallinity.Pretreated cellulose can more easily dissolves in N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide/H2O under the same conditions.Then the steady-state and dynamic rheological behavior of pretreated cellulose and original cellulose solutions were investigated respectively.The distribution of relative molecular mass of pretreated cellulose/N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide/H2O solution became narrow.The entanglements of cellulose turned strong.It can keep the mechanical intensity when spinning.
