摘要:

部分喷丝头的底部为球状面,在使用过程中会因喷丝头微孔堵塞产生超压现象而引起喷丝头底部变形拱凸,造成喷丝头检测过程中CCD采集到的微孔图像不清晰,导致微孔的误检。运用一种基于机器视觉的自动对焦检测方法,在喷丝头检测过程中,对换圈处和微孔直径变化较大处的微孔进行自动对焦,解决了喷丝头检测过程中的误检现象以及“逐孔”对焦检测效率低下的问题,实现了喷丝头的高精度、自动化检测,同时提高了检测效率。

Abstract:

As the bottoms of some spinnerets are spherical and they would become bulge if some blocked microholes bear overpressure frequently, then the CCD can not get clear image of the microholes on the spinneret, so the machine can not detect the microholes correctly. To solve the incorrect phenomenon and the low efficiency of atuo-focusing to every hole, the paper puts forward an auto-focusing method based on machine vision, the machine focuses on the microholes when the lens moves to the next circle or the detected diameter value bigger than the standard one, so that the machine can automatically detect microholes with high accuracy and enhance the efficiency of detection.
