珍珠纤维直接染料染色热力学

摘要:

选用直接湖蓝5B(C.I.直接蓝15)对珍珠纤维和普通粘胶散纤维进行染色,比较了Freundlich、Langmuir和Redlich-Peterson 3种吸附模型对实验数据的模拟结果,探讨了染色温度对3种吸附模型吸附常数的影响。结果表明:Langmuir吸附模型比Freundlich更适合于描述C.I.直接蓝15在珍珠和普通粘胶纤维上的吸附,但C.I.直接蓝15在珍珠纤维和普通粘胶纤维上的吸附最适合用Redlich-Peterson热力学吸附模型描述;随着染色温度的升高,C.I.直接蓝15在珍珠纤维和普通粘胶纤维的Redlich-Peterson吸附常数KR降低,吸附常数aR和异质因子β变化不是很明显。

Abstract:

Turquoise Blue 5B (C.I. Direct Blue15) was selected to dye pearl and conventional viscose fibers. Freundlich, Langmuir and Redlich-Peterson adsorption isotherm models were used to fit the experimental isotherm curves. The influence of temperature on the constants of the three isotherm equations was discussed. The results showed that Langmuir equation can be better fitted the absorption of C.I. Direct Blue15 on pearl and conventional viscose fibers than Freundlich equation, but the best result was obtained by Redlich-Peterson equation. The Redlich-Peterson absorption constants KR of C.I. Direct Blue15 on pearl and conventional viscose fibers were decreased with the increase of dyeing temperature, and the hetero factor β and absorption constants aR values showed no obvious change.
