喷气织机引纬筘槽内气流状态的影响因素

Analysis of influencing factors for flow field in reed groove of air jet loom

摘要: 测量引纬筘槽内的气流速度可以用于分析各工艺参数对引纬过程的影响。本文通过自行设计的测试装置,采用毕托管测试了引纬筘槽内不同位置的气流速度,并研究了喷向角和辅助喷嘴间距等工艺参数的适调范围。结果表明引纬筘槽内不同位置具有不同的气流速度;在供气压力2~4×105Pa范围内,辅助喷嘴喷射角不宜设置为5º,否则将导致引纬气流速度过低;辅助喷嘴间矩缩短有利于提高引纬筘槽内的平均流速,当辅助喷嘴间距为65mm时引纬筘槽内的气流速度完全能够满足100 m•s-1的引纬要求。

Abstract: The air velocity in reed groove could be tested to analysis the influence of process parameters for the weft insertion. In this article, the pitot tube is applied to test the air velocity at different positions in reed groove by the instrument designed, and the adjusting range of jet angle and relay nozzle distance is studied. The results indicate there are different velocities at different positions; when the supply pressure is 2~4×105Pa, the jet angle of relay nozzle could not be 5º, or the air velocity for weft insertion will be too low; shortening the relay nozzle distance is helpful to improve the average air velocity in reed groove, and when the relay nozzle distance is 65mm the air velocity in reed groove could satisfy the weft insertion requirement of 100 m•s-1 completely.
