纬编针织物三维仿真系统的开发

摘要: 针对现有电脑横机花型准备系统缺乏三维花型模拟和针织物仿真功能等问题,将虚拟现实技术应用于针织物三维仿真研究,开发了纬编针织物三维仿真系统,介绍了系统的开发流程、特点及主要功能,详述了系统开发中线圈三维模型与可视化、针织物组织三维参数化仿真、网络交互设计等关键实现技术。系统的研制,为研究与完善电脑横机花型准备系统的针织物三维仿真、执行部件运动时序仿真等独特功能提供了一种方法;提出的网络环境下的针织物三维交互式仿真方法,为进一步研究纺织品网络虚拟设计奠定了基础。

Abstract: The current pattern preparation system of computerized flat knitting machine usually doesn’t have the three-dimensional (3D) knitted fabric simulation function. In this paper, the 3D simulating method of knitted fabric is studied by introducing the virtual reality (VR), and a 3D simulation system of weft knitted fabric is developed. The developing method, characteristics and main functions of the system are presented. The key technologies including 3D loop model and its visualization, 3D parametric simulation of the weft knitted structure and interactive design on network are described in detail. A new method is provided to complete 3D simulation functions of knitted fabric and moving process simulation of the implementation parts in flat knitting machine. The approach, which is proposed to simulate the knitted fabric 3D appearance interactively on network, can be used as a foundation for further study of the virtual design of textile on the web.
