烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的紫外光谱定性与定量分析

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of alkylphenol polyethoxylates (APnEO) in solution via UV spectroscopy

摘要: 为了探索烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APnEO)光谱检测方法,本文对壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPEO)和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OPEO)的紫外吸收特性进行比较研究。研究表明,NPEO、OPEO 的紫外吸收光谱没有明显的差别,在275nm、224nm左右处均有特征吸收峰,可以利用进行烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的定性和定量分析。224nm处的吸收,定量测定的灵敏度高,但线性范围窄,而275nm处的吸收,定量测定的灵敏度相对较低,但线性范围宽。烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的分子量不同会影响测定的浓度线性范围。

Abstract: For the study of test method of alkylphenol polyethoxylates in solution, the Nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEO) and Octylphenol ethoxylates (OPEO) were used for the investigation of their UV spectroscopy. The spectroscopy show that the spectroscopic curve of two chemicals has no significant differences, and has characteristics absorption at 275nm and 224nm, which could be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of APnEO in the solution. For the absorbance at 224 nm, it has higher sensitivity but narrow linear range of APnEo concentration, while for the absorbance at 275nm; it has relatively low sensitivity but wide linear range of APnEo concentration. The molecular weight of APnEO will affect the linear range of the concentration.
