阻燃维纶的结构与性能及其发展趋势

Structures and properties of flame retardant Vinylons and development trend thereof

摘要: 维纶纤维是由PVA的水溶液经湿法纺丝,再和甲醛缩合而制成的一种合成纤维。其性能优异,特别是采用加硼湿法纺丝所得的维纶,强度高(大于7.0cN(dtex)-1),模量高,耐腐蚀性强。阻燃维纶兼具高强高模和阻燃,性能优异,应用范围广。为此,系统地介绍了维氯纶、CY841阻燃维纶、高强溴/锑复合阻燃维纶和高强无卤阻燃维纶这四种阻燃维纶的结构与性能,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、光学显微镜、极限氧指数等表征手段对比了这四种纤维的优缺点,并分析了阻燃维纶的发展趋势及应用前景。

Abstract: Vinylons is a synthetic fiber that the aqueous solution of PVA condenses with formaldehyde by wet spinning. Its performance is excellent, especially the vinylons which is prepared by adding boron wet spinning. It has high strength (more than 7.0 cN (dtex)-1), high modulus and strong corrosion resistance. Flame retardant vinylons have both high modulus and flame retardant, which makes it widely used. Therefore the structures and properties of chloro-vinylons, CY841 flame retardant vinylon, high-strength bromine/antimony compound flame retardant vinylon and high-strength halogen-free flame retardant vinylon are introduced in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the four kinds of fibers are compared through the X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), optical microscope, limit the oxygen index and other test methods. The development trends and application prospect of flame retardant vinylon are also discussed.
