纬平针织物平整加工工艺对服用性能的影响

摘要:

为改善纬平针织物的平整性,常采用对针织物进行涂层的加工工艺,但织物的透气性等服用性能将受到一定的影响。为避免针织物舒适性各透气性受到损失,采用主原料与低熔点双组分涤纶长丝交织,利用低熔点纤维熔融粘结特点,改善针织物的平整性。测试了针织物经2种加工工艺后的脱散性、折痕回复性、抗弯刚度和透气性等性能,探讨不同加工工艺对针织物性能的影响。结果表明:与涂层定型工艺织物相比,纤维热熔定型工艺在改善针织物的平整性的同时,能够保持针织物的透气性。

Abstract:

In order to improve smoothness of plain knitted fabric, coating process was usually selected to use, but wearability of fabric would be affected such as permeability. Based on the characteristic of melting and bonding of low melting point fiber, in this work low melting point polyester bi-component composite filament was used to interweave with main raw materials and thus improve the smoothness of fabric. Influence of different processing technology on raveling property, wrinkle recovery ability, bending stiffness and permeability of fabric was evaluated. Influence of different processing technology on knitted fabric property was evaluated overall and processing technology on improving fabric property was discussed. The result showed that compared with coating shaping process, hot molten shaping process can not only improve the smoothness of knitted fabrics, but also keep its permeability.
