摘要:
为实现锥形裤的个性化数字定制与快速响应,提出一种基于人体尺寸映射的锥形裤样板自动生成方法。首先通过理论分析与实验验证,对锥形裤关键部位与人体形态的关联性进行解构,确立了个性化的样板修正规则;而后采用二维人体自动测量技术获取包含17项指标的完整人体尺寸,结合参数化设计方法和曲线拟合技术,构建了从人体尺寸到二维样板的映射模型。验证结果表明:该模型生成的锥形裤样板工艺缝合差值控制在1 cm以内,符合工艺缝合要求;关键部位压力值均小于4.5 kPa,显著低于人体舒适阈值;且裤装外观平整,整体穿着效果良好,该方法具有可靠性与实用性。本研究不仅显著提升了锥形裤个性化定制的效率,其构建的自动化流程也为服装大规模定制领域提供了有效的技术路径与参考模型。
