Abstract: A method to determine the rate of phthalates migrating from the textile to human acidic sweat was studied.Trace amounts of phthalates in acidic sweat were determined by solid-phase extraction. The parameters affecting the extraction efficiency, such as extraction time, extraction temperature, vibrating frequency were discussed. It was found that the extracted amounts were arranged in the following order:(DEP(>>)DBP>DNOP.) And the extracted amounts of DEP,DBP,DNOP increased as the time prolonged and temperature raised.Vibrating frequency showed less impact on the extracted amounts than time and temperature, although they increased as the vibrating frequency increased.
