Abstract: With a new type basophil original bacillus B13 as starting raw material, the genetic mutation breeding induced by the ultraviolet radiation was used, and two excellent bacilli S2 and S11 were selected, which were utilized for synthesizing more active pectinase and hemicellulase.Their development properties, rough enzyme mixture and appetency were analyzed. It is found that the enzyme mixture of S2 shows better appetency, more active, shorter generation time, and stronger fissility than B13 and S11,and is more suitable for degumming of ramie fiber.
