Control system of digital weaving machine based on ARM and μC/OS-Ⅱ

Abstract: With a view to solving the problem of low integration control system of digital weaving machine at home,this paper developed a control system of digital weaving machine,which can control loom and jacquard simultaneously.A 32 bit ARM microprocessor and 51 MCU were suggested as the master control unit and slave control respectively,they communicated through CAN bus.This system used μC/OS-Ⅱ as the real time operation system and adopt multi-tasks as its software structure.The operation system provided task scheduler and communication media. It has been proven by practical applications that the system is easy maintenance and ready for upgrading.
