Abstract: In order to create pattern on carpet,this paper developed a jacquard control system for three-level loop carpet tufting machine.The carpet tufting jacquard control system adopts servo and magnetic-clutch controlled by industry computer as jacquard system,the computer converts the carpet patterns designed by technologist into digital information.Use servo motor to real time trace the main axis rotation according to the preset parameters;utilize industrial computer control I/O boards to control the states of magnetic-clutch to provide feeding yarns of different length,so as to control yarn tension in each tufting and get three-level loop tufting carpet.
