Abstract: The fast-inspection of textile played important role to quality control for textile manufacture, trade and supervision of maket . Making use of partial least squares,it built the quantitative model for mixtures of cotton and polyester fibre with 249 samples. In accordance with cotton cottent, It established four quantitative models that were 0-30%,30-60%,60-80% and 80-100%. 200 samples were chosen as an independent validation set. Analysis of variance was used to forecast results. There were no significant differences between NIR method and national standard method GB2910.11-2009(equivalent adopting ISO1833-11:2006). The standard operation procedure(sop) ,which was a simple, rapid near-infrared spectrometry presrcreen method for textile, brought about a striking effect.
